Observance of International Women’s Day 2026 : International Women’s Day, 2026 which falls on the 8th March, 2026 (Sunday) was observed and celebrated on the 9th March, 2026 at the Auditorium of Govt. Aizawl West College jointly organised by departments of Public Administration and Political Science, Govt. Aizawl West College with “Give to Gain” as theme of the Day and Purple as theme colour. Dr. Rini Colney, Accredited Journalist & ICSSR Post-Doctoral Fellow graced the occasion as a distinguished Guest Speaker on the theme of the Day.
